Non-edible Birthday Treats

If your child has a birthday and you want them to bring in something for the class to share and help celebrate, that is fine. However, we are asking that the items brought are not edible due to potential food allergies of the other students. A few examples of things that you may provide instead are rulers, pencils or erasers. Thank you for your understanding.

Lincoln Receives Nomination

The Indiana Department of Education is in the process of selecting schools for the National Title I Distinguished Schools Recognition Program.  One school in Indiana will represent the state’s Title I schools that have exhibited exceptional student performance for two or more consecutive years.  A second school will represent the state’s Title I schools that have made the most progress in significantly closing the achievement gap.  Congratulations, the following school in your district has been identified as a candidate for the category of High Academic Achievement Exceptional Student Performance: Lincoln Elementary School
