Trip to the Indiana State House

Lincoln students, learning about Indiana, recently visited the Statehouse in Indianapolis.  They learned about the three branches of Indiana government and how a bill becomes a law. While there they met two members of The House of Representatives: David Wolkins from District 18 and Rebecca Kubacki from District 22.

Breakfast Menu Change

The following are breakfast menu changes for next week:

Tuesday (28th): Sunberry burst bar will replace the yogurt and chortels

Wednesday(29th): Apple jammers, craisins and Orange tangerine juice will be served instead.

Thursday(30th): Yogurt and chortels will replace sunberry burst bar

Friday(1st): Apple Jacks & string cheese, applesauce and berry juice will be served.

Tuedsays are TG Nights

Visit Warsaw's TG Frozen Yogurt Tuesday nights in April to have a portion of your purchase to go towards scholastic purposes at Lincoln. Make sure to mention Lincoln Elementary. :)

Book Fair Comes back in May

Save the date folks! The semi-annual Lincoln Elementary Book Fair will be back May 18th-22nd. This time you will be able to take advantage of BOGOF (Buy One Get One FREE!...of an equal or lesser value). The fair will run from 8:30AM-4:30PM daily in Lincoln's library, orchestrated by our dedicated librarian Ms. Biltz. See you in a month to come get your summer books!

Spring Picture Day

Tomorrow, Thursday, April 2nd is spring picture day for Lincoln Elementary. Photographers from Strawbridge Studios will be taking portraits which you will have the option to purchase after you view them. If you chose not to do so you will simply need to make sure you return them to the school when you receive them.
